The Chinese automobile giant Geely is particularly known for having bought Volvo, or more recently Lotus. In 2021, it also launched the Zeekr brand, which produces premium EVs. Their design is close to that of Lynk & Co cars, which is part of the same fold.
Overall, the Zeekr 001 is a good performing electric car at a reasonable price. It has a stylish design, strong performance, long range, and a high-quality display. However, its heavy weight, mediocre sound insulation and mediocre build quality are potential drawbacks.
