Swedish company Volvo wants everyone to focus on the news that 2024 is the year of its “value” electric car specifically designed to attract new customers to the brand.
The 7-seat Volvo EX30 electric car was scheduled to be on the roads by the end of 2023, but its launch was postponed for further software development, according to what the energy platform was informed of, citing the Wired platform.
The EX30 comes in three options: a single 51 kWh motor, a 69 kWh single motor, and a 69 kWh dual motor.
The top model is an NMC battery with a dual motor, and the four-wheel drive produces 315 kW (428 hp), and accelerates from zero to 62 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds.
